  Horrible customer service! Rude staff! Over priced! Don't try and return anything, they won't let you. I tried to return something the same day and I had the receipt and tag and they didn't let me. Will never shop here again. Beware!!!

  GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! This is my first review I have ever written and hopefully the last. I use to shop here for years for my DJ business. I was a regular customer spending 100's and 100's of dollars annually. By accident I over booked some items from Party Fair for a private event I was hired to do. A day later I returned to the store to return some items, (It was around $40 of products) Right away a very good employee who rang me up the day before recognized me and informed me "a manager would have to approve the returns without a receipt" which unfortunately I did not have. The receipt was not an itemized receipt it was just numbers and tax per item but not listing the specific item. All the items I was returning were in their original packaging with the Party Fair price stickers still on each item. The items I was returning also met the requirements posted on their very own website. The very second I was greeted to the manager I was faced with the most negative attitude I have ever seen on one person. I have seen her before and I know she recognized me. Before I can even finish my intentions she cut me off and told me she can not give any refund without a receipt. I asked why, She replied I do not know if you paid cash or credit. I pointed to the clerk who helped me out the day before, he said to the manager that yes I paid for those items the day before in cash. She then insisted I can not get a refund because for all she knows I bought them at another store. I pointed to each item and showed them the Party Fair price tags. She replied it could of been another Party Fair. The manager made me feel very petty. Why is the receipt such a big deal when it is not even an itemized receipt? She could not give me an answer to that one... If this is how she treats her regular customers I can only imagine how she treats someone she does not recognize. An employees words who vowed for me to his boss gave no credit to her. Her attitude and non professional manor is the entire reason I write this review. I will never shop here again for my business needs and I suggest you do the same. Very very poor customer relations.

  When trying to return unopened items with a receipt due to a cancelled party the store would not allow us. A return policy like that doesn’t deserve my business or anyone else’s.
